Still serving you. While we’ve temporarily closed our office lobbies to protect the health, safety and well-being of our employees, everyone at Indiana Members Credit Union is still here to serve you. You can interact with us through our drive-thru’s, by using the IMCU home banking portal, the IMCU Mobile App, Mobile Deposit, QPhone banking at 800.527.7258, or one of many free ATM or ITM locations throughout the state. If you have questions, you can easily reach our Member Services department during business hours at 800.556.9268, or by using the chat link within NetTeller.

Safe place for reserves. If you’re looking for a safe place to keep your emergency fund or any extra funds, consider one of our certificates of deposit. We have a variety of CD terms to suit your needs and are currently offering a special 17-month CD.

No early withdrawal penalty. Need to access funds you’ve placed in a CD? We’re currently waiving the normal early withdrawal penalty to make sure you have full access to your money.

No transfer fees. We’ve temporarily suspended the normal fees for telephone transfers or for transferring money from your saving account more than six times per month.

Special personal loan. Do you need some extra cash? We’re offering a special $900 personal loan at an APR of just 9.00 percent (for qualified borrowers). You can borrow the money for up to nine months and you don’t have to make your first payment for 90 days! This offer and rate are subject to change.

Skip a payment. During this uncertain time, you have the option to skip a payment on any of your current auto or other personal loans without paying our standard Skip-A-Pay fee. Standard terms and conditions apply, your loan must be currently less than 30 days past due, and credit cards and mortgage-related loans are not eligible. To take advantage of this offer, contact your local office or contact member services at 800.556.9268.

Auto loan special. If you need to buy a vehicle, we’re making it easier by letting you delay your first payment by up to 90 days. You can also refinance non-IMCU auto loans to lower your payments with our great rates.

Money-saving credit cards. Our family of credit cards can give you extra flexibility or let you transfer high-rate credit card balances so you can lower your monthly payments. Right now, our interest rate for balance transfers and new credit cards is just 1.9 percent APR.
